CERAVI owns a modern and synchronous production line. Advanced production technology and selected machinery are fully integrated in CERAVI's manufacturing plant. The whole product manufacturing process is in compliance with ISO management process. Raw materials for production are selected at the mine, then checked and re-evaluated by technicians in the laboratory on the principle that all batches of raw materials must meet the factory standards. The raw material is then transferred to the grinding area. After the grinding time, the slip is incubated according to the process and transferred through the suction system, injected into the mold system on the casting bench, along the closed pipeline with stable pressure and temperature, avoiding impurities which leads to NG products. To get the product according to the original design, product molds are made from specialized plastic, then the production molds are molded and poured on casting bench. Each production mold has a life cycle of 80-90 times, after which it will be replaced by a new series of molds to ensure the accuracy of product size and shape. In the product shaping stage, the process of sizing, storing, and dismantling molds requires workers to have experience, solid skills, and to perform skillfully and gently. The product after opening the mold is cleaned, creating an even roundness, helping the product after firing have perfect curves, smooth surface like silk.
After the casting process is completed, the bareware is placed in a drying area within 24 hours, then, it is transferred to the area of checking green, humidification, and spraying glaze. CERAVI products are using advanced and modern technology, the product is transferred to the kiln with a firing cycle from 18 hours to 22 hours. Nano powder (if requested) is mixed in dilute glaze, sprayed directly on the product, fired at a firing zone temperature of 1195 - 1205 degrees Celsius. After firing, the nano-glaze becomes a vitrified layer on the glazingsurface. The super-smooth glaze creates a transparent, slippery partition, preventing stain and bacteria from the surface of the toilet, keeping the toilet clean, bright, and protected, environment frindly, water saving, and especially consumers do not have to use cleaning chemicals when cleaning, making a significant contribution to reducing environmental pollution, meeting green and sustainable development trend.
After the product is released from the kiln, it is transferred to the product quality inspection area after firing. Here, each product has to go through a thorough and rigorous evaluation of the flatness and smoothness of the enamel. The product is free from cracks, chipping, and other surface defects. Next, the products that meet the standards will be transferred to the technical inspection area. Use a air pneumatic machineto detect NG products (leaking) because they cannot be assessed with the naked eye. After that, the products are brought to the water testing area, all CERAVI one-piece toilet products are tested water within 24 hours, ensuring that during the use of the product there is no leakage, smelling, cracking.
